Blue Apples is a Solopreneur one-woman show, with some parcel-drop off help from my beloved partner.

Your orders are packed and sent with great care, and we pride ourselves on exceptionally fast service. We are located on a tiny island on the West Coast of Canada, which affords us the ability to drop off packages easily at the post office pretty much any time, so we do! UPS service is nearly as quick, with package pickup the next business day.

The Canada Post Rotating Strikes have not been causing any notable delays. However, many of our customers have been pleased with the service UPS offers, as it is often much faster than Canada Post. WE HAVE CHANGED OUR SYSTEM to give you the option of Canada Post (weight based) or UPS ($20 flat rate). -there are rare instances where we choose a different courier that offers us a better rate. 

IF YOU ARE IN A REMOTE LOCATION AND WE CANNOT GET A REASONABLE RATE WITH A COURIER (we are also "remote" so even a small envelope can be quoted at $50) YOU WILL BE CONTACTED. If you prefer courier you will be billed the difference, if we revert to Canada Post you will be credited the difference. Thank you for your understanding.

Our system is weight based for Canada Post shipping, but also has an exciting CHEAP rate for items that we know will fit in the oversize letter mail option. SEE OUR PAGE THAT LISTS ALL ITEMS THAT SHIP STARTING AT $5!

These are crystals or other goods that are thin enough to fit in an envelope or small box.

1-3 purchases = $5 shipping

4 purchases = $10 shipping

5+ purchases = $15 shipping......

unless your total is $75+ from THIS CATEGORY with a minimum of 5 purchases (note that some purchases are more than 1 item but count as 1) - then an automatic discount called STUFFIT of 20% is applied at checkout, which will at least equal your shipping!
