AnSah

AnSah are André & Sah'Rah of Gabriola Island, known locally for their Metaphysical Crystal Shop Blue Apples. They are musicians (and energy workers) who utilize their talents in a sacred healing context to help people settle into themselves, relax, and journey deeply. They sing, and many diverse instruments are played such as guitar/ukulele, metal and crystal singing bowls, chimes, flutes, didgeridoo, harmonica, frame drum and rattles, among lesser-known surprises.

Experience the power of the subtler realms with energetic clearing, deep relaxation, and mind/body/spirit support for wherever you stand on your journey of healing and self-discovery. Both non-verbal and sweetly inspired vocals are shared, forged in the inspiration of the moment and drawing from their vast repertoire of medicine songs.

Each session is intuitively guided. Sessions are very helpful in realigning with Self, deeply relaxing, letting go, meditative journeywork, setting healing intentions, and connecting deeply to spirit and body (which is where healing of the Self happens). Whether you are a beginner exploring the healing arts, or you already have a strong awareness, we provide an opportunity to experience a meditative journey enhanced and supported by the presence of a sacred soundtrack being divinely inspired in the moment by our guidance and 15+ years of being heart-song-driven ceremonialists on the medicine path. When the mind is given a task (to listen deeply) the body can relax, let go, and the soul can fly.

We are currently not booking private sound healing sessions on Gabriola (though we do welcome invitations to share our music), while we build our Temple of Sound & Light.

We are offering monthly Sound & Frequency Healing sessions at Ehla Wellness (formerly Quanta Healing & Vitality) in Victoria BC, in their 24-unit EE System, combining the leading edge of frequency & light technology with the sonic support of sound and song.

Carpools to Victoria are easily arranged! People have been traveling from many communities on the islands and mainland.

Imagine... dropping into an optimal meditative state as quickly as you can settle into your reclining chair, cozy in a blanket, immersed in the energies of the bio-photonic and scalar wave technology of the EE System... André and Sah'Rah open with a prayer and begin to swoon you deeper into your heart space and feeling body with their wide variety of sound and songs. It is our intention to hold this event OUTSIDE on a beautiful private property that can hold many people. However, since weather is unpredictable, we will offer limited EARLY BIRD TICKETS ~ only as many as can fit inside the Yurt.

KIDS (free with adult) - children who cannot hold quiet space during the music (1:20-2:30 & 3-4:30) are welcome to attend if they will play with others in a designated space. We will have someone responsible to help corral them, but this is not a babysitting service. If your child requires special attention please provide it.

2:30-ish BREAK - bathroom, journaling, rest, visit, crystals, etc

3:00 - MUSICAL JOURNEY STARTS - 2nd set - until 4:30

4:30-5:30 - optional linger and visit, tea, temple talk, browse the crystal market, etc
